HOW I CAN BOOK RADIOGUIDE RENTAL
The service can be booked without obligation by filling out the booking form. You can also contact us directly using the information on the Contact page.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY AND COLLECTION METHODS
The rental service includes delivery and collection of the radioguides at an agreed-upon meeting point in Palermo or Monreale, or shipping to the requested address in the province of Palermo.
WHAT THE KIT RENTAL INCLUDES
The rental includes, in addition to the radioguides, headphones for participants, the transmitter and the microphone for the guide (1 or more depending on needs).
IN CASE OF DAMAGE OR LOSS OF RADIOGUIDES
In case of damage or loss of the radioguides, the following costs are applied:
- Damage or loss of radioguide: €50,00
- Damage or loss of radio transmitter: €80,00
- Damage or loss of microphone: €20,00
- Damage or loss of D-Shape headphones(non-disposable): € 10,00
HOW I CAN MAKE THE PAYMENT
We accept cash, credit card, or bank transfer payments.
HOW I CAN CANCEL THE RENTAL
You can cancel your rental reservation by email up to 24 hours before the service to avoid penalties.
CAN I RECEIVE THE INVOICE
An invoice is always provided. Rentals are always tax-transparent.
